Mixing coolant.

Lent my car to my brother while out of town for the week, today as he was driving, he got a low coolant symbol. He was close to a garage that we sometimes use. The mecanic topped it off, now this obviously wasnt bmw coolant, but it was for the time being. Should I bother flushing and changing it or just leave it as is?

It's so easy flush. I would flush it even though it probably will make no difference.
