Exhaust whistling at high rpm, what's wrong?

hi there,

I've recently installed the Aspec quad exhuast system on my E92 330i Coupe, and the exhaust has this high pitch whistling noise around 4000rpm to redline at almost every gears. Does anyone if this is normal or there are something wrong with the exhaust?

It is not a full catback system and it is one of those quad exhaust with a single muffler with tips on the left and a welded pipe with welded tips that goes to the right side.

[edit] My only engine mod is the AFE Cold Air Intake

I've checked every welded locations, and I don't notice any air leak. Please help cause this whistling noise is really bugging me.

Thank you very much.

My M3 does this and it's cuz I have an exhaust leak at the mid pipe section. Need to replace the gasket. That's my problem anyway
