brake problem e92LCI 330cxd on wet/snow

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has had similar problems with brakes. I have 330 coupe diesel x-drive e92 LCI. Car has had breaking problem almost from new.
I'm wondering why my 330cd Xdrive would be pulling hard to the left or right whenever I brake (not even that hard) during heavy rain or a snowstorm. When dry, the car brakes in a straight line. When very wet/snow, it pulls to the right or the the left. So far nothing has worked to correct the problem. Tyre pressure ok, alignment ok, even changed the breaking pads, still the same problem. Bmw tried to put small plastic clips to block water coming from front end ventilation tubes, but this did not help. BMW admits that they have this kind of problem, but they cannot unsolve it. Has anyone had similar problems? or any clues how to fix this? I would assume that drilled brakes would solve it, but so far because I have guarantee, have not tried that yet. Thanks!

Are you talking hard braking so the ABS kicks in, or just being aggressive when braking?

If it's just being aggressive, it sounds like one side is getting more braking pressure than the other.

I wonder on the E90 if you pull the ABS/traction control/etc fuse and bypass teh electronics if if brakes fine. BMW does have something where it makes the pads scrub the rotors when the wipers are on to dry them off, so you get better braking. Maybe there is an issue with that system that would cause those rotors to be wet, and not brake as well as the other.

I am talking about normal breaking, so that ABS does not kick in. Just normal breaking in bad weather conditions, but somehow the brakes pull on either side of the road. Then afer couple of breakings it works very well. So it is issue of somehow building water unevanly between discs and pads. Then after couple of breakings it dries and works very well. So this sounds weird, but this problem exists, and BMW knows it, but cannot solve it. They have told that it only affects x-drive cars. The automatic drying function does not help at all, I have tried with wipers on, but still the same happens. Of course you could argue that maybe the drying function does not work properly but they have not found any errors etc. from the car. So any clues how to fix this?
