Help with Resistors!

Hey guys,
about a month before f1autohaus shut down, I had ordered the LED blinkers for the front headlights. I've had them for a long time, and they work fine which is why I've probably been putting this off for so long, but I am having trouble with them throwing error codes. I had installed the resistor they gave me with them, but they must not be the right ones since they throw error codes (particularly once the lights turn on at night). Anyone know the proper resistor I can use to eliminate this problem?

Thanks
