problem with phone calls...
My phone is connected fine to the car with bluetooth... The problem arrives when I stop the car and want to switch it back to the handheld device the car gives me problems... I can talk on my cell phone from there but the stupid idrive screen keeps displaying the call and won't let the car power off... Anyone have a similar problem and hopefully a solution?

Depending of what kinda phone u have, I just go to the bluetooth menu on the phone (while on the call) and turn off the bluetooth.
OR Hang up and call em right back -Frank |

hang up and try to make a call again. will get rid of it. You need to update your software, man.

Yep - the only way to smoothly do this is to turn BT off on the car side.
You could do this on the phone side too, but usually that option is buried 3-4-5 menu levels deep so it's really not convienient. |
