halogen conversion help
so i bought a lci xenon conversion for my halogen car a while back. everything was working fine until suddlenly my driver low beam stopped working. so i took it to Long Tran and he was able to get it working again but the thing is that everytime i start up the car the light would flicker for 10 seconds until it finally stayed on for good LT told me it was a ballast issue. So my i got sister hid ballast that she just got and plugged it into my headlight. it didn't even turn on, so i put my ballast back on. now it doesn't work!!! i hate it because now i can't drive at night so can anyone plz help me!!!!
