e90 m-tech bumper for LCI and non-LCI models

Hey guys, I'm wondering if the m-tech rear bumper for LCI models(09-11) can fit in non-LCI models(06-08), I pretty like the design of diffuser for LCI models. Thinking most of you share the same idea with me.

Pre lci and lci look identical I believe. That first link is the mtec with IS diffusor.
