Is this a CPO? would highly suggest you for a CPO if you are looking for a 2008 one. and what options does it have?

Not CPO.

Sparkling graphite metallic body with black dakota leather interior, automatic/steptronic transmission, factory warranty with free maintenance to 7/24/2012 or 50,000 miles. One owner full history, non smoker, heated seats, premium package, moonroof.

Yeah so it's not really a good deal at 22 huh because it's lacking options and not CPO.

1k more to negotiate so you can save for a extend warranty in the future would help later on, but the price is decent you looking at 25ish drive out
