e90 lci stock front bumper disassembly??

is it possible to remove the silver plates on both sides of the front bumper?
the silver plate that starts from the fog lights towards the middle

yes. If they're not removable from the front, try removing the front bumper, taking out the bottom grills and taking them off that way. If all else fails, you can always try painting them. (if you do decide to paint, i recommend an actual automotive 2-part paint; standard spray paints chip fast and easy)
