Misfiring on all cylinders, residue coming from exhaust

About five days ago I started seeing some rough idling bouncing between 600-800 on cold starts, the car literally would shake like it was struggling, but once it warmed up, it was completely fine. Two days ago I took it to my buddy at a shop and he suggested it could be faulty o2 sensors.

Today the car took a turn for the worse though, I cold started this morning, saw the crazy idling, but it started to misfire, and eventually finally threw codes. They all read as misfires on all cylinders. Also, as it was misfiring, it started to spew some brownish residue (I suspect oil) but it wasn't pure, it was watered down.

In the next few days I'm going to go back to stock and see if I can get the car to BMW. I have a procede rev 2 but the issue persisted when the procede was removed. Any ideas as to what this could be? Someone also mentioned it could be a bad coil pack?

Any help is much appreciated

When one of my injectors died I had these kinds of symptoms. At first just a rough idle then eventually it misfired like crazy at idle.

^

Recently, I too experienced misfires on cylinder 5. Faulty injector was the culprit.
