More than a little Aston Martin look in this design.

Smaller and lighter than the current car and an IRS.

This puts a dent in my plans to get a 14 Shelby. I like the look of this 15 better so hopefully they will make a 15 Shelby with the same engine that's in the 13.

They should just make is look like an aggressive coupe version of the new Fusion.

Looks like they might be doing that.

I wouldn't be mad if people thought my car looked like an Aston Martin.

If you guys look at how the new fusion turned out... This may very well be the next step for the new mustang.

I just hope it doesn't get too generic. In this era of chasing the benchmark, it seems like all vehicles are on convergent paths within their segments.

Personality and identity in some cases is lost or muted. I'm not so sure I'm a fan of that, but that's probably just because I'm old and cynical.

I am with you here. Far too many clone cars these days. I do think it's time for the Mustang to lose the retro look. I just hope that it has it's own identity. I would not expect to see the 5.4-5.8 mod motors survive to the next generation. The Shelby is the only vehicle still using that motor. I do expect to see a larger displacement version of the coyote with a supercharger.

I'm liking it. It is time for the Mustang to change things up again.

Or maybe just more boost, but I agree the old modular is probably heading out, particularly if they are going global.

Out with bland retro and finally a design that's easy to the eyes, this is the mustang I'd get, after the e92 is paid off!!

The rear end looks awesome. Finally between the Mustang and Camaro one of them has a good looking ass.

first thing i thought. in a way it looks a little too pedestrian. The mustang has always been ugly and rough, i think that's sort of the point. Trying to style like BMW is going to be a fight they cant win...

though i will admit, i love the front end!

If they offer a much improved interior (at least on the 5.0 or better versions) then they will have addressed all of the flaws in the current Mustang. I just hope they don't dumb it down and go discount on the details. It would be fantastic if at least one US manufacturer could produce a beautiful, high permance sports car that didn't have a cheapo interior.
