E90 headlight assembly upgrade

Gentlemen, I live in the caribbean which makes it really difficult to get solid information. Also, shipping is rather costly so I NEED to ensure I get the correct item.

I just bought an '06 e90 with stock halogen headlights that are extremely ugly. I want to buy some aftermarket headlights with LED angel rings at a decent price of course.

I came across this link by fishcake. Am I correct in assuming these non-hid headlights would cause no errors and just be a simple plug and play?
