Dashboard Camera on your vehicle?
Hey guys,
I am just wondering how many people have installed dashboard camera on their vehicle? If so, do you find them useful? Thanks! |

I'm thinking about getting the Blackvue DR-400g-HD. Seems like its good but I'm just not sure how useful it will be, such as in a rear end accident? It also has a "park" mode where it turns on when it detects movement, but the bad thing is that it might make your car more prone to theft.

actually just bought one last week, $60 on Amazon, so far I am enjoying it.. did plan on writing a review in the upcoming weeks. Not top of the line but is sort of bang for your buck.. gets the job done. i feel it is sort of impractical unless it is hardwired but then that becomes just a little "too much".. the one i bought records over older files when fill, does 720p and 1080. the only problem or caveat i find is the sound when it shifts around during bumps and such.. pretty annoying.
Quick video, 1080p scaled down to 720p... the sound bothers me to no end but.. Last edited by bmwforme; 05-10-2012 at 09:29 PM.. |
