3 - Active representation. It's nice to have a dealership actually reach out to the community for once. I dread going to my local dealer for ANY reason. It shouldn't be that way.

1. Great quality products. I loved the quality and the way the grilles I ordered from you guys looks.
2. You really care about your customers. You guys are the only website Ive ever ordered something from that sends me an email at every stage of the shipping process so that I know whats going on with my package.
3. Very professionally run business. The website layout is top notch, makes me feel like Im ordering parts from BMW headquarters in Germany Lol. And the packaging I received my items in was insanely secure. Each piece was individually wrapped so that nothing bad would happen to my precious BMW parts.
