Hi guys,

I ordered my car on 6/23 and received my production number a few days ago. So I went to the owners circle on the bmw website to check the status and I noticed the description for the production number I got is for a different car. I called my sales associate and he basically told me it takes a few days to get it updated and I should check late tuesday. It is now wed. and I just checked and NO change, still the incorrect car-color descritpion.

Is this something that happened to you guys also and just took a while (> 2days) for the site to get updated?

it will take a couple of days to update, i had the same thing happen to me, the color and the options i had chosen did not appear in oc until a couple days later... what do you mean by incorrect car?? a different car than what you ordered???

Don't worry. This is very normal. The dealership basically gave you one of their allocated cars before it went into production. You should see the change in the next few days.

Mine came in a different color as well. Wait about a week. As long as you confirmed it with your CA, you have someone to blame. They probably just threw you into an existing production slot and still need time to update it.
