Shadowline trim - matte versus gloss
Guys, what's the feeling on chrome window trim wrapped black on Montego Blue?
I would of course prefer the glossy one as it'll look great with Montego. But I'm on the fence because I want to wrap it, and by wrapping I'm leaving pillars and sideview mirrors plastic matte. And that looks unlike OEM shadowline. Which means that smart move is to do the trim in matte black. But I'm afraid that'll look cheap. Thoughts? What would you do? For the record I don't mind the actual chrome trim too much on Montego, it gives nice contrast - but it's getting discolored after years and it's not nice at all very soon...

Then I still have the matte rubber moulding all the way around the windows, at least this way the doors and windows all match. idk

no, seeing it on this car in all matte makes me reconsider it. I'm probably going to go this route and order some shadowline tape and have a go at it. at 29 bucks it's a good deal.
