As the title states, I am looking for a set of stock turbos that are rebuilt, or a set of aftermarket used turbos(AWD, RB, etc) with fairly low miles.

Any leads to those would also be greatly appreciated

your best bet is to pull your cores and send them out for rebuild if you can afford the downtime. gpopshop is a very well regarded rebuilder.
