How can i change my flat black rims to a glossy black...any good paint shops known in Los Angeles area?

Painting them is a bad idea they will chip and look cheap and shitty. Your only option imo is to powdercoat them.

depending on the wheel, i say stay with flat black. everybody and their mother has gloss black wheels these days.

my buddy gets allsortza stuff powdercoated somewhere in the so. bay.. (hawthorne,inglewood,etc)i will ask him for details.. he found him randomly using the phone book i believe..stay tuned
