How do I properly remove JB4?
Hey guys, i have seen some threads how some people have removed their JB4 before going in to the dealer for service. And the dealer found some codes and flaged/voided the warrenty on those cars.
So the reason why I am making this thread is because there is no thread/guide to how your properly supposed to remove the JB4. Do you plug in the USB, clear and delete the codes? Then lock the doors and remove it? I just need to get a simple oil change. But I still want to remove it. Rather be safe than sorry.

LOL^
Im also curious in this. I always thought you just put it on map0, clear all the codes using JB4 and then remove it? But not 100% sure |

he means you accidentally posted this in the NA (non-turbo) section. Most people who visit this forum don't have a 335i.
You might get better response posting in the N54 or N55 turbo forums. good luck! |
