07 e92 vs 2013 5.0. What u guys think
Im jb4 map 2, dci, fab speed dps, auto sport tran.... hes stock with a manual...... guys think this is a easy kill? I think i got him just cause of the shifting..

those 5.0's hold their own...would be good to see..I'm curious as well. I've seen more 5.0 wins than 335i when racing.

He cant bang gears yet its kinda funny actually. Its gotta lot of torque but dont feel as fast as it should be. Thinking bout adding some race gas before we line up....

all you guy's are wrong, I ran a 5.0 on Map 2 and won about a car or two with pretty much the same mods... Geeze have more faith in our cars.

from a dig you have him till at least 80 mph...after that he might pull you....take a vid....if he cant shift then its a win for you, but your beating the driver not the car....in my 5.0 with tune and intake i beat a jb4, dci map 2 car by 3-4 cars from 30ish to 100, but i assume im a decent driver.

Remember guys this is a 2013 5.0 .... i never ran map 7 before , im guessing thats for race gas... but my car pulls hard thru 140 mph. I know we wont run that far but hes a american car guy an i love getting to show them bmw aint nothing to fuck with....

A map 2 car should beat a stock 5.0 every time. Unless the driver sucks of course. I have never lost to a 5.0. My buddy has recently beat a GT500 at the 1/4 in a very close race (12.3 ET) and smoked one from a roll.

should do just fine on map7. if you had meth id say youve got it in the bag without effort no question. ive owned v8's, one being the 4.2L in my audi s4 (lovely motor), and my n54 with meth honestly pulls attrocioisly harder at 100+ and even 140+ speeds. ive gotten this motor to immature speeds on the highway im ashamed to say lol, and it is relentless yet i would never push it to see where it would stop, im not that crazy. my point is that even at over 100mph i dont think youll fall behind if youre with him at that time. IMO the top end of the n54 is excellent, i feel like this motor gets to 100mpg in a split second.
if you have access to race fuel, get some, and adjust your boost maybe turn it up a tad i mean youll be running race fuel anyway so youll be atleast safer doing so. just to seal the deal lol.

Like someone said above we need to have some more faith in our cars...I put a mean beating on a brand spanking new 2013 Mustang 5.0...
Should be an easy race from a roll.... When I raced one we went three runs and I took him on three out of three runs....All rolling from 70-75 up to 140mph+....One of the runs I went to 150mph... This was when I was on Cobb Stage 2+ Sport, 91 octane, AR Downpipes, CX Racing FMIC, DCI BTW even today I just beat a 2013 C63 with P31 pkg and a Weistec tune ^(But this was on same mods but JB4 with 30% E85 mix,not on 91 like the 5.0 race)
