So I went to the drag strip . . .
I've had my TS2 kit for a while and have always wanted to see some times but never really had an opportunity till now. First lemme give you a back story, I had Conti Extreme DW's on the rears and when a guy wanted to buy my car (bill of sale and deposit were put down) i decided that instead of giving him basically bald tires i would purchase some new tired for the rear, I'm that nice of a guy i spose. Anyways, i didn't want to spend a whole lot of money so i went it GENERAL EXCLAIM UHP XL. Well the Saturday before he was going to buy my car he F***ing bailed out on me via email! So i was stuck with these.
Now fast forward a month or so to friday, I've never been to a drag stip to run my car so I'm still learning but I ended up with a best 13.23 @ 106.6 with an R/t .435. Eventually i got the Rt down to .135 but only went 13.32 @ 105.8 instead, all those times were pretty consistent. Overall I'm happy with the results being my first time, but I'd sure like to tap the 12's once so I'm thinking of adding Meth to the equation but I'm unsure about it and the TS2 kit getting along. Ill have to call ESS and find out for sure. Phill

I believe if I had my Conti's back on there I could easily do that. But being my first time, probably just need more practice.

If you had a lot of wheel spin, the Conti's would help your times. But if you had little to no wheel spin, I'd say you need to work on your technique. The more you practice, the sooner you'll get better at it.
