Went for a flight today

A friend of mine took the GF and I up in his Cessna for a little trip up the coastline. I only brought my 17-55mm 2.8 on board with me because we were only supposed to fly about 500 feet high, but due to banner tow planes we had to go up to 1,000 feet. If I had known that I would have brought the 55-200mm so I could have gotten some better details on all the kite surfers. Anyways, here are a few pics of some of the crazy homes on the ocean plus one of the kite surfers.

Since it's in South Florida I'm going to go with them all being drug lords

. My favorite is how that last house built a tunnel under the street to connect the main house to its beach area. Considering property insurance on a normal size house 15 miles inland is very expensive I can't even imagine what the cost is for those homes.
