questions about plastidip.. help

i have 2011 328i space gray metallic...
and i decided to plasti dip my roof and mirrors..
i was wondering how can i wash it?
will it peel off if i go through those drive through car wash, like the ones you sit in your car??
and when i peel it off, will it take my paint of as well?
is this stuff safe?

Don't go through a wash with it. That will mess everything up. Most people wash plastidip with water amd a rubber 'cloth'

No, no car wash. Hand wash only for the plasti dip material. To be on the safe side soap and water works well!

Plasti Dip is safe..it does nothing to your car and its about $7 a can. However, I wouldn't even do it to your car, the mirrors and roof are already black..?

yeah these are like pre-paint questions...

the mirrors and wheels look good, the roof not so much but my opinion doesn't mean anything lol

The roof looks like you wrapped it with felt... Might need a few more coats on there...

thxxx someone just told me today that it will take off my paint and i wanted to be sure..
the roof was still dying and looks alot better now
but do you guys think the mirrors and the roof turned out good?

more coats on the roof(2nd picture), mirrors are good. I wouldnt dip my mirrors but thats up to you!.

and no plastidip will not rip your paint off! i clean my dipped parts with a wet soapy microfiber just a light wipe does just right!

wont the fibers get stuck in the plasti dip?
and what parts did u dip?

not the towels i use they dont, you can also use an "absorber" to clean it. or
