330XI Wheel Sizes?

I'm planning on getting wheels in a few weeks and was wondering about the tire sizes and things like that..i'm kind of a noob when it comes to that. I have a 06 330xi and was wondering what are the fattest tire sizes i can get for them without rubbing. I'm for sure getting 19' staggered (9.5 rear/8.5 front) but what about tire sizes? and offsets? i have no idea what offset is...and TIRE WIDTH and ASPECT RATIO.

edit: might do 10 in the rear but i have no idea what the ---/--/--
