Hey OP,
If you are planning on doing the install on your own and this is your first time working with Vinyl I highly recommend you purchase a FULL roll. I say that because you will make errors along the way and will have to redo portions so it's better to have some extra in case of mess ups. |

+1 I got mine done for $100 and it looks amazing but would definitely recommend getting it professionally done or like he said, give yourself some room for error..

You can measure all the trims and then determine how much you'll have left over or if it's not enough. But like JGmods stated, buy extra as you'll want to re-do sections in case it doesn't come out perfect.

Thanks for the info guys. I'm still debating on doing it myself so I've been looking at some DIY's and what others have done.

Buy an extra roll. The stuff is cheap, and if it is your first time, you will screw it up! Nothing personal, but it took me 3 tries to finally figure out what the heck I was doing.

yeah but its great quality. you can always go with some cheaper vinyl but with cheap prices come cheap quality. if you want a really cheap alternative you can use plasti dip to spray the trim. it will cost less the like $15 and some time. if you dont like it you can just peel it off. theres also 3M type vinyls but not sure what would be good. im thinking of the plasti dip to see what trim will look like black and then decide if i wanna go with the wrap. good luck.

Lol. I was wondering why you thought it was expensive. Tht would be the price of getting an actual set of oem black trim pieces. There's another part there where you can order rolls of the shadow line vinyl. They are like $25-$35 I think depending on what size you get. This type is great vinyl made specifically for trims. Check it out and post back. They do real good prices if one orders more than 6 rolls. Maybe if we get a list going we can all get a group buy deal going.
