Cat delete causing headaches?
Hey guys,
I got my secondary cats deleted today from my previously installed PE + custom dual exhaust. The replacement pipes are not in titanium. Sound is about 30% louder, I recommend it to anyone that just wants a louder sound from their PE. Go for it! One question though, I got a headache about 30 minutes after driving with the delete. I'm a little better now, but is it possible that now that I don't have my secondary cats, it causes me health problems such as headaches, etc...? Also I park in my garage... I heard getting a cat delete and parking inside is no good either... True or false? |

cat delete = more fumes, more fumes = more headaches for some.

I Have secondary cats deleted. Haven't had any problems from day one. No Heath issues or anything. I did notice alittle more smell of gas or exhaust which might be what is giving you a headache.

I am thinking to do the same set up as yours. But I might go quad. Can u do a video of it? I wanna know how the cat delete is going to increase the sounds. Will it be unbearable in the cabin? Any drone ? Thanks

As for results, I'll post a sound clip tomorrow. It's simply louder... What's nice is that you get a cold start every time you start the engine! |
