Replacing Low Pressure Sensor

I am changing the low pressure fuel sensor bc it is constantly throwing a code. Do I need to bleed the system? Can I just unscrew the old one and pop the new one on? The new one has an o-ring... do I need any PTFE tape? Does anyone have a copy of this in a Bently manual that they might send my way.

Thanks!

If i remember when i get home ill take a look in the bemtley manual. As for the tape, id say it wouldnt hurt to use it.

You do not need to bleed it, once you crank on the car it will take a few seconds for it to start.

How easy is this thing to replace? What do you need to remove to get to the sensor?

Thank you. I really appreciate the info. If you can find it in the Bently please scan and send it to me. Looking at it I think I can figure out how to get to the sensor, but I would imagine there may be easier ways.

You need to remove the air box, charge pipe, throttle body, release the harness junction from the bracket and you will be able to get good access to the sensor.
