This is my first post here.
I have an E91 2006 with the hifi system (10 speaker’s configuration).
Now I want to update the sound system. I have read number of guides here but I am still not sure what to get.

This is what I plan to order:

Speakers: X--ION 200 (two 8" under seats and two 4" in doors with tweeters).
Amplifier: JL 600/6 or Mosconi ONE 120/4 (skipping rear speakers or run on OEM amp).
DSP: I am not sure if a DSP will make huge improvements on a HIFI HU with a flat frequency band.
The Mosconi DSP6to8 looks like a good DSP. Also read good things about the MS-8 here.

I am a little worried about the power output of the JL 600/6. Will it be powerful enough to drive the speakers under the seat?
I was initially looking on the JL 700/5 to drive the under seat speakers in parallel but I was told
that the 8" speakers are no woofers and should have separate channels.

The JL 600/6 will probably produce less heat and might be a better choice to mount under the trunk liner (afraid of overheated amp).
I have read a few people here using the x--ion speakers but it looks like it's more common in Europe (I live in Sweden).

Everybody's opinion is very welcomed.

The 600/6 will easily have enough power to drive the 8" underseats.

As for your questions regarding DSP, I'll await someone else's answer - as I don't know it.

What about the DSP? Will it improve the sound much on a hifi system?
