Jbl 600/6 install hifi e90 question

What has everybody who has upgraded their hifi amp to a jbl 600/6
Set their crossover settings on their
Stock hifi speakers
front rears and under seat subs
Mine are currently set as
Front hp at 160hz 1/5 gain
Rear hp at 160hz 1/5 gain
Underseat lp at 180hz 1/3 gain
With these settings I'm getting a slightly muddy output but it's really rocking loud
I know I have to upgrade my front door and tweets
But are my settings way off or I need to tweak some more on the crossover I'll take a picture of the top of the amp when I get home tonight so you guys can get a visual

Similar to mine

When I was originally running only my 600/6 with OEM speakers, I was running the same sensitivity settings on the F/R/underseat channels as you are running, but I was running the crossover between the F/R speakers and the underseat at 200 Hz, which I recommend. Why have you staggered your crossover frequencies, or is this a typo? Morel HO II speakers in the front doors will transform the car, but most folks think that the cheapie BMW OEM woofers will not last long once you replace the door speakers with quality units. Before long I upgraded the underseat speakers to Jehnert speakers, which are quite expensive but work very well with the Morels and don't require any equalization. I did increase the sensitivity setting (gain) even more when I changed to the Jehnerts. The audio system sounds great now -- no regrets.

That's the stock speakers, amplified. Been tried. No one leaves it that way because no one is satisfied, I'm afraid.

Happy with 200 Hz X-over

I'm happy with 200Hz with my Morel HO IIs in the doors and Jehnert underseats. If you run different speakers, YMMV. I am running a good bit more gain than you are on channels 5/6 since installing the Jehnerts and am totally happy with the sound. With no center front speaker, I am getting a great soundstage across the windshield.
