Performance Exhaust install question, where to cut?

I'm going to install my PE (328i sedan) tonight on a friend's lift and was wondering if someone who did this themselves can tell me where I'll need to make the cuts on the OEM exhaust. I'll line it up and measure, but was just hoping for a cross reference. Also wanted to confirm, is there enough space to use a sawzall with the exhaust still on the car? Or should I see about using a tube/exhaust cutter tool?

Thanks!
