Car order gone wrong

i don't believe this! I rang the supplying dealer up tonight to check delivery still ok to which they answered "sorry sir we did not receive any order from the lease company!"

the lease company (company car) has not actually sent the order through despite giving confirmation to me!!

Anyway here is the dilema. The new order will arrive last week Aug and therefore i will have it registered on the 57 plate so a small consilation.

i wish to argue with the lease company that they should allow me to get a week 36 build that has a £655 base increase and provide hire car between returning my current company car.

Anyone got any good things I could say to persuade them this makes sense?

Cheers

Nightmare! - mine is on order with a lease company and they are being very evasive about my delivery - which is a pain, as i am going back into our company car scheme and have to sell my car privately.

Trying to tie in my sale with 'some time the end of July' is doing my head in!

Will go ape if the same happens to me!

They should set you up with a loan car in the meantime - good luck!

Funnily enough this happened to me once.

Don't suppose your lease company includes the words arvaal and phh?
