When is the best time to purchase a used '10 X5 xDrive 4.8?

Hi, All new to this site and to bimmers for myself - (many family members drive Bimmers).

I'm looking to join them and purchasing a '10 X5 xDrive 4.8 - when is the best time to get one? I see a lot of '09's on the market but hardly any '10's - I wanted the '10 because of the iDrive computer upgrades etc....thoughts?

CPOs are usually lease returns, so it would have to be later on in the year for the 2010s to start coming in.

+1, typical lease is 2-3 years
