I was reading another thread and someone mentioned doing the rear fog mod. I had an idea as to what this meant as I used to be a VW tech and know that there are many things that can be done with a vag com on VW's. Anyway after a little research I found that all that needed to be done on the '11 model year was to remove 4 tiny tabs on the light switch to allow you to press the button in.
Pretty cool it took all of 10-15min to remove, mod and reinstall. I think it will help backing into a dark parking spot or flash at a tailgater. |

Wrong place, but yeah, I did it today. I have an 07 so I had to fabricate the piece, took me about 20 minutes of supergluing and pulling trim. Pretty cool IMO.
