AFE DP's installed, car now running terrible (JB3)

I knew the DP install would throw a code, but had no idea it would affect drivability. Do I need to upgrade my tune to the JB4 with the o2 fix? What have you guys experienced? Thanks.

Are the sensors in the right spots? That seems to be the most common problem after DP installs.

THANKS GUYS, got it. Pulled engine cover, found where pre-cat 02's were plugged in, and switched them up. It's funny that when I was reinstalling o2's to the AFE's I had labeled front and back on o2's, but the sensor I marked as front would not reach the bung on the front AFE dp, so I automatically assumed I had marked the sensor wrong, and second guessed my labeling. Apparently the shape of the AFE's is different enough that you have to go under the hood and free up some slack along where the pre cat o2 sensors run, around the engine.

Just a heads up, stating the obvious, the o2 sensors are different. Different wiring colors, and one has 5 and one has 4 wires.
