Do i need any mods to fit the rear tires? Spacers? I have 335i Sedan with sport package.

Ride that as it is and get 235 front and 265 rear tires and you're set.

I'd be willing to drive a few hours and meet you half way if you're interested - split the difference to avoid the shipping cost...you're in Virginia right?

Thank you but no...if I don't sell them, I'll just keep these instead of trading for different wheels. I'm getting my body mods to where I want them right now so the tires will have to wait...if I do sell these, I'll just buy new wheels and tires next spring or over the winter.
