According to this article, some get it worse than others. Frikin bastards leaving etch marks everywhere.

WTF, no wonder I am not a fan of red cars. I don't get angry much but Bird shit on my car sure does it.

No clinical tests have proven that the bird actually hovers in orbit waiting for the first newly washed vehicle, then target the ones with the least flaws.

Once one has "marked" their territory, the others move on to a new locale, leaving the "alpha" bird's car alone.
