engine malfunction!

helloo!

after driving for about 2-3 hours, the system throws out CCID29 and tells me the engine has a malfunction and power is reduced, turbo gets cut out and it drives slower than a 328. BUT when i turnt he car off and let it cool down for about 15 mins, everything run for about 15-20 mins then the code pops up again. it gets pretty annoying. has anyone ever ran into this problem or know what it could be?

i brought it in to the dealer a month and a half ago for the same reason, and they told me my vane solenoid was leaking oil and they claimed that they fixed it. i believed the oil leaking part because i did have to put a quart of oil in the engine, and my driveway did have some oil spots. help me!! x.x
