Outdoor Rifle Ranges
So i was going to buy an M3, but my wife told me to wait till after we buy a house here very soon. So I compromised and bought a Sig Sauer 716 Patrol Rifle instead (to hold me over lol)... problem is; where can I shoot this thing? "The Marksman" in Puyallup is an indoor range and only allows pistols...
Does anyone know of any outdoor ranges around the Olympia/Lacey areas? Thanks in advance! |

There's one pretty close to me here in Bothell, but that is pretty far from you. I'm not sure what the name of it is.

Evergreen sportsman's club out by Littlerock (maybe 25 min south) has an outdoor range I believe.

Renton Fish & Game has a rifle range. It's an old club, but it's well run. Or was when I was there last time several years ago.
Cascade Shooting Facilities (what a creative name) is a newer club with a variety of ranges including a 600 yard high-power range. It's members only unfortunately, but the fee is pretty reasonable considering the facility. It's just south of Ravensdale. |

Went to the Evergreen Sportsman and shot my rifle for the first time! The guy there was really cool and even let me shoot for free (since i didn't bring cash). Here's a pic of my new addition to the fam (pics or it didn't happen, sorry for the crap quality... photobooth on my mac)
