E93 coded Key FOB to open/close windows/mirrors and convertible top
I have sucessfully coded to my car with NCSexpert to enable the key FOB to open/close the windows/mirrors/convertible top!! There has been alot of people looking to code this feature in without Comfort Access! With Comfort Access this function was already set to work, but not such an easy task without CA! I have finally after many attempts got it to work and coded my car to operate that is not equipped with COMFORT ACCESS!!!!! Here are the modules and script lines that I had to change. I have the original software for my car as it has never been updated! I am not sure if this will work with newer cars with software upgrades, but please try and get back to me to see if this works for you! There are not too many people that have coded this feature to work to open and close the convertible hardtop, I hope this will help others.
CAS MODULE (set both of these lines to aktiv) KOMFORTSCHLIESSUNG_FB FH_KOMFORTF_MIT_SUBST CTM MODULE (all of these lines need to be set to aktiv, some may already be set to aktiv!) I am not sure its the same with CVM module.. That's what I need to see. I already pm JordanE93. Hopefully he can test it out and get back to me with this. I am so happy I finally piece together info scattered all over the place and put it into one page, hopefully it works for others like it is working for my car, if not then its proof something in the software is preventing this from happening
 . If this works for other E93 CTM equipped cars, then we have gone a long way with this. With the Car equipped with the CVM module, there is alot more work to do as there are alot of WERT values in place of aktiv or nicht_aktiv. I need someone to test it and see if it works. The last E93 that I have coded all have CA, so I didnt bother with it... Please if you can try it out as soon as possible it would be awesome to confirm if it works on a newer MY E93 Waiting to hear from you. Goto indoor parking garage for 10 minutes! Lol

Going to try this on a buddies 2007 conv.
I tried some of these lines before with no luck but I I can see more lines had to be revised. Once I get a chance to try it out, I will post back here. |

Won't work on newer software.
I found the convertibles to be very finicky. The soft tops (1 series and 6) are the most annoying ones. You can make it open but not close. |

No luck so far, i tried earlier today and couldn't get it to work... some of the tags were nicht so i changed them to aktiv but its still not doing it..
It now closes the windows if i hold the lock button which it didn't do before but not the roof... I didnt check ASP_KOMFORT_EINKLAPP as i was going by your previous post... do you think that could make the difference? |

Jordan. If you have coded everyone of those parameters that I have listed ontop, Then it's proven for sure about the software upgrade preventing this feature from happening. I am still puzzled to as why it would happen if you have those lines to edit, same as mine and it doesn't do anything. Very confused. I know the 1 series and 6 use a CVM module. I would like to hear from Desi and find out his outcome

Now i have a E90 without CA, i've coded the open/close all windows with keyfob, but correct me if i'm wrong i could make the mirrors close as well? Which module do i have to look for the mirrors? sorry for the Thread Jack lol but been away from coding for a while.

So far two guys tried it and it doesn't work for them
. I am currently working with one person to match the trc file for my CTM module to his. Script for script. Looks like I am the only one in the entire world at the moment that has the key fob functioning to remotely open/close the windows/mirrors and the convertible hardtop on a E93 without COMFORT ACCESS!!   |

KOMFORT_BEDIENUNG_E88_C05 wert_01 Roof does not open with Key Fob wert_02 Windows lower partially and roof opens with Key Fob So, it works!!! Like magic, my roof did its thing. Yet another update: Today I have comfort windows up and mirrors folded with the key fob!! Thankyou to neo_anderson for finding this! Change: Code:

Not bad but not exactly what I wanted (I want the windows to roll down all the way... and yes, thanks to NCSDUMMY, I found the code for that in CVM) Code:
SCHEIBEN_FUNK_E88_C05 - Function of windows during remote roof operation
wert_01 value 01 - windows roll down slightly to allow roof to retract
wert_02 value 02 - windows roll down fully and then roof retracts
SCHEIBEN_TASTER_E88_C05 - Function of windows during roof operation with console buttons
wert_01 value 01 - roof closes windows remain lowered
wert_02 value 02 - roof closes. Continue to hold down the console button and the windows roll up
