I remember watching the episode of Wheeler Dealers where they used this stuff on the Jaguar, thought it was just a gimmick, I'd be interested in the results from you if you went ahead and gave it a go

I don't want to piss on your cornflakes here but terraclean systems works through your fuel system and your car is direct fuel injection. Therefore it won't touch the carbon buildup in your head which causes many issues with the n54 engine.
The only two ways that are known to clean properly are a manual cleaning method or the walnut shell blasting method which BMW are using. I suppose if you have issues with your fuel injectors then it might help, although knowing how frail the n54 fuel pump is, I wouldn't want to be messing with it. |

We have been here a couple of months ago. I was going to get it done and then realised as said it only cleans the injectors, delicate fuel pump and is quite pricey.
I ran through a pot of BG44K fom quick fit for £20 and did that help? ![]() |

Me to. My area is very delicate since the great zipper incident of 19:30 (last night).

I love the way Edd used it on Wheeler Dealers and said how great it was like some objective third party when really he probably had shares in the company all along.
Take the WD episode with a pinch of salt - it was free advertising I guess, nothing more. |
