Speeding Tickets in PA

Hey if you ever got a Speeding ticket in PA doing 70mph from the State Police you should read this article specially if it happen since 1997.

Too bad the two times I got tickets they used Vascar. Cant beat that one.

AH you can beat VASCAR, just ask the police officer to show you certified proof of the line spacing. They are required to have Surveyors document, they can not say they measured it or it was written down somewhere. They must supply a certified original of the line spacing survey. Without it the distance is fictitious and can not used to show you were speeding. There are other ways to beat a VASCAR Ticket.
