Thanks Tire Forum! My new wheels

I want to thank everyone who has contributed to my threads over the past few weeks. I've learned so much from you guys and I'm really happy about the results.

I ended up going with Hankook S-1 Evo...a little more expensive than the V12, but so far so good. Too new to say anything meaningful about them, but no obvious shortcomings that have jumped up in the first few hundred km of use.

I'm a terrible photographer, but here is my car. Over the moon with the gunmetal VMR 710s. I switched from hypersilver V710s on a square setup to the gunmetal in staggered. The color and the flush fit of the rear wheels has done wonders! I will lower my car once my warranty is up. And the pics do not quite do justice to how aggressive I feel my car looks now. Next thing is to get rid of the chrome kidneys in favor of the OEM 335is grilss, and I should be good.

Thanks again everyone!

The hypersilver picture gives you a before and after comparison.

WOO! Looks awesome! Deeper concave in the rear compared to the square 8.5's.

Yeah...the deeper concave, the fit, and the quality of the gunmetal paint really bring it all together. I didn't think the change would be that big since I was only changing size and color, but I cannot believe the difference it makes to my car. VMR wheels are awesome!

What size did you end up with? I like the increased width on the rear much better. Exact same setup I'm looking to invest in for my 335is.

Very nice. Do you mind sharing the sizes you went with? I am currently looking for wheels/tires too. Thinking of going with Apex Arc-8s Black, on my Black 335xi.

I think this looks soo tight

Hi guys

I went with the following size:
19"x8.5" ET35mm Front 235/35/19
19"x9.5" ET33mm Rear 265/30/19

I think you can be a little more aggressive, but this is within OEM parameters and to me the fit is perfect.
