Motor flush or no?

Just wondering if most of you guys with n54s are using a motor flush when doing oil changes? Im getting ready to do my next oil change and a friend told me about this product...

Personally I just put in new oil, but some people on here add Seafoam to the crankcase about 50mi before an oil change.
