Power questions.
So my first mod was a Cobb. After making some runs I would see timing pulls and charge temps close to 140.
With my overall goal being to make "safe" power I upgraded to an ER FMIC and a BMS DCI and also put on an OCC. Running some pulls with the new setup and sport map stage 1 I am seeing ZERO timing corrections and charge temps are not going over 130. Both good news! My questions are: About how much power is this setup making? Do people run the aggressive map as a daily driver? Any issues with this? What power gains would I expect from a beta stage 1 plus FMIC map? How much would I notice from a set of catless downpipes? Thanks

you should run the stage 1 plus sport. probably 20-30whp more. Download Virtual dyno and see for yourself the gains.
Also search for Cobb dynos here and check the one on cobb www

enrita said it -- You currently have all the required mods for Stage 1+FMIC (in the Beta section) so give that a try. If you go to COBB's website and read the map notes, you'll get a relative idea of how you car should be performing & the power output. You can also email/call COBB if you have any questions, they've been very helpful whenever I've needed anything.
I personally run Stage 2+FMIC Sport v402 as my DD map, and on Fridays/weekends I switch over the Aggressive tune (except for long road trips, 1 hr+). I feel that prolonged use of Aggressive on street driving is just an unnecessary stress being put on the car, especially when you can get similar power from the Sport mapping. Running the catless DPs will allow you to run the FBO Mapping; Stage 2+FMIC. You'll see mid/upper 300 HP + upper 300/low 400 TQ with the Aggressive tune on this setup Catless DPs will allow the turbos to spool faster & more freely by eliminating the restrictive nature of the OEM DPs with the cats installed. The DPs will also deepen your exhaust note a little bit & give it a more aggressive tone |

With Aggressive, just A) make sure you have 93 octane or some E85 blend that raises your octane enough and B) that your data logs look good (obviously there's a problem if there's ridic timing corrections)
