Bridgestone Potenza RE050 vs. RE050 RFT

Hi everyone,
I know this is a stupid question, but I've tried searching around but with no success so here it goes:

Does anyone know if Bridgestone makes a Potenza RE050 model that is RFT and non-RFT? Or is it all the same? (I'm not referring to the newer RE050A models just the RE050).

Reason I ask is because my fronts were running a little bald and a buddy gave me his Potenza RE050 to use as temp replacements. (My car currently has the RE050A RFTs on them).

If Bridgestone does make RE050 AND a RE050 RFT version, do you guys think its ok to run the non-rft RE050 in the front, while my rears have the RE050 rft? Thanks in advance for your response, much appreciated!

Yikes, maybe I should have checked tire rack first instead of doing a forum/google search

Thanks for the info, much appreciated! Do you happen to know if it would be an issue running the non-rft's on the front and the rft's in the rear, even though its the same type/make of tire?

I don't recommend running non-run flats and run flats. Based on other forum members doing so, it'll make your car feel unstable and even unsafe.
