West Hill Dartford. You?
Im up for a a few runs. Map 1 seems to boost at about 13.something psi for me and Map 5 about 14.8psi last time i checked. Map 5 seems to have a bit more lag though, not sure if thats just me. |

There are few lushed E92s crossing dartford bridge everyday.
Spotted white E92 on private plate with performance wheels 313 on which looks superb. Spotted another 12 reg E92 with performance wheels 313 and performance rear diffuser driven by middle age lady. And spotted one of our forum member with blue e92 and unique rear spoiler. Plenty of BMWs around, and each time I see one, you think, is that person on E90 forum?

I used to live in Stone/Dartford border, now near Gravesend.
Theres also a guy with a silver 06 e92, advertises his dad's business on the side of it I think. |

I see a white E93, red leather, 313s Covertible on my daily commute... and become more and more jealous every day! That's my perfect colour combo! That's until we hit the dual carriage way which runs some 7 miles and then I realise 'm not so jealous anymore...guess he can only see the fumes as I drive past effortlessly? ;-)

If its the same silver one, he had a shop in Northumberland Heath although i haven't seen him there for a while. Popped into his shop a few times.
Don't think he had any power mods though, just suspension and wheels. Yeah there are a fair few nice e90/2's around here most 320d though... zzzzz I've seen about 4 335i's around this area, not many driving them 'properly' though.... Was good to see LS1990 progressing nicely on an empty road!!!! |

No I don't actually come on the M4 but based just off Jnc 11 (A33) - about 5 mins from the Madjeski stadium. I live near Camberley. If you're around sometime let's meet I've not met anyone off this forum yet so should make a start somewhere lol. |

Currently uploading newest firmware to Jb4 muhahah! Going to try Map 5 again, I didnt like last as I found it lagged also and was hardly consistent. Will also have to ditch the nasty BP fuel I usually get and make the trip to a Shell garage. |

Yep defiantly worth making a trip for V power.
Initially as we pulled around the corner you got away, but i think it was due to the lag.... maybe.... once i was up into second and above 2700rpm i was pulling you in Do you drive with DSC off? Im still in 2 minds on whether the DCI's add/maintain any power, i might have to buy them and try it out. Do you get a lot more induction noise from the turbo's? Other than bikes i'm yet to find something round here which can run with the 335i. Had a few runs Cayman's and a 996 which were better but in a straight line they are still relatively slow. But usually you get the usual Astra VXR, Focus ST etc which within 3 seconds appear to be driving backwards. I agree the last 2 software updates for Map 5 were rubbish, you could sometimes feel it boost hunting, at least i thought i could. This one is a lot smoother and noticeably makes more power but the lag is still the. I actually find it a lot smoother with the JB4 off but obviously feels very sluggish. The original BMW tune is super smooth throughout the whole range, they did a great job hiding the turbo feel. As soon as you turn the JB4 back on it feels like a turbo car again. I posted a dyno run just before the last update on the JB4, somewhere on the forum. The power/torque curve was actually surprisingly similar to MAP 1, very smooth and consistent, it just made a bit more power, something like 12bhp and 20ft/lbs i think. |

Oh there is one Green Focus RS with 370BHP that i had a good run with from Thamesmead to Bluewater via every round about on the way.... Dead-heat even though i had a passenger and my bi-weekley shop in the boot
At the time only had the JB4 running map 1 |
