They are OEM BMW and new in package - $80 shipped per set, first set of rear pads that are sold I'll throw in an extra rear pad sensor part number - 34-35-6-789-493 for free!

is the rear pad sensor the same for all models? real oem shows them as 5 and 6 series sensors.

i hope you know the sensor is for an e39 not an e90
