Anyone know of a good, non-douche service guy that works at South Bay BMW in Torrance?? I am taking my car there for the first time and I don't wanna talk to someone that doesn't know crap about cars. .

erm for service i recommend luis hernandez hes a really nice guy and hes taken care of most of my family's bmws. but for sales iono they all suck so far

If you take your car to South Bay, ask for Hiep as your tech. He is the shop foreman, an active BMW Club member and builds/races BMWs. If Hiep ever leaves South Bay I will follow him to which ever dealership he goes. His brother also owns South Bay Independent BMW not too far away and races a beautiful e30 M3!

Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Center...all suck from my experience. Long Beach used to be really good under their former service manger but I have stayed away from there ever since they tried to convince me that the brake fluid and power steering fluid were on the same circuit. As soon as a dealership tries to sling the BS my way and treats me like an idiot (even if I am one) I bail.
