Try to talk to Cusotomer Service reps (M-F 9am-9pm), on 800 number. They have more updated information.
For me automated is still saying 'order with no confirmed production date', but CS rep said that it is in production this week. |

i called the 800# just now and instead of giving me the automated response after giving my prod. number. The automated lady said she was redirecting me to a rep. I ended up talking to a guy and he said that one it is in the "waiting for transport at port" status they (OC) tracking ends there. This can't be true, right? He said the dealer would have more info.
Anyways mine has been at the port since Nov. 12th. |
