Best Interior Restoration Shop near Seattle

Hey guys, I have an 06 330XI and went with leatherette as we have kids. kinda regret that now as this leatherette crap doesn't hold up. it's wearing through in high traffic areas, peeling off door handles and even cracking -- in general driving me kind of nuts.

I am new to Seattle so was wondering if you guys have any recommendations on people who are really good at doing interior repair? I would like to show them the car and get some advice, potentially refurb the entire interior with leather or just swap out the problem parts with new pieces and protect the problem areas.

Q1 - Any recommendations on BMW grade interior repair in the Seattle area?

Q2 - Also, another question, is it possible to swap in the fold down rear seats in an e90 if it's not installed stock on your car? if I am going to open up the interior figured I would try to swap in a fold down rear seat if it is possible. I don't have the cold weather package on this car so don't have any pass through access to the trunk from the interior... I assume you guys with the CWPackage can fold both rear seats flat in two halves like most cars? I was a wagon guy for ten years so it just sucks not to be able to do that
